Period: October’2023 to December’2024

Project Goal:
The socio-economic conditions of the poverty-stricken and vulnerable rural women of the country are being improved. As a result, their food insecurity, nutritional deficiency and economic insecurity are removed, and social status of women has been established.

Objectives of the Project

To bring sustainable improvement to the lives of ultra-poor Households at Village Level women (Program support to women Like: Live Skill, Income generating training, creating opportunities for savings & credit)

Major Activities

Formation of groups with VGD women
Training conduction– a). Life Skills and b). IGA Skills
Food entitlement
Savings collection and Management of VGD women
Access to credit under different Micro Finance Institutions.
IGA enhancement by the VGD households.

Major Outcomes

The Program is inaugurated with a view to uplifting the livelihoods of the hardcore poor women and their dependents through promoting diversified Income Generating Activities and enhancing the capacity in the relevant fields
